Slowpoke is the Dopey Pokemon. It evolves either into Slowbro starting at level 37, or Slowking when traded holding a King's Rock.
In the Galar region, Slowpoke has a regional variant that is a Psychic type. It can evolve into a Galarian Slowbro if exposed to a Galarica Cuff or a Galarian Slowking if exposed to a Galarica Wreath.
Appearance[]
Galarian Slowpoke
Slowpoke resemble large pink creatures that might be based on a salamander of possibly a hippo. They have four chubby legs, each with a single claw on them, a long pink tail that turns white at the end, curled ears, tan muzzles, and large white eyes.
Galarian Slowpoke[]
In Galar, Slowpoke's appearance is a result of particles being built from eating Galarica seeds. The main difference is that it has gained yellow coloration on its forehead and tail. Unlike its counterpart, its tail is always down and said to have a spicy taste.
Galarian Slowpoke are known to relax on seashores and riverbanks without a care in the world. Occasionally, it will get a very sharp look in its eyes as if it is about to think of something tremendous. However, Slowpoke will quickly forget and return to its normal expression. It is believed that its behavior is a result of Galarica particles affecting its brain.

- Conway's Slowpoke debuted in Vs. Bulbasaur. It is shown to be slow, and comes out of its Pokéball at inappropriate times. It evolved into Slowbro in Vs. Kimberly.
