Rayne is the Gym Leader of Insetto City's Gym. She specializes in Bug-type Pokemon. She gives out the Web Badge to Trainers who defeat her.
Appearance[]
Rayne has short brown hair in the appearance of a slight mohawk, and she is always seen in her black and gray jacket with the words "Pokemon" on it, usually covering her brown T-Shirt. She has light green eyes, and a matching pair of green shorts. She also has a pair of red tennis shoes.
Personality[]
She is an obvious tomboy, almost always dressing like a boy and acting like one. According to her parents, she was named Rayne due to the fact that as a toddler she would crawl into the woods to play with the Bug-type Pokemon, even during rain. However, Rayne was only a nickname, but it was later changed legally by choice. Rayne has a rebel-like attitude, often defying her parents and leaving the Gym when she is supposed to be battling someone.
