Permafrost is the Cubed Ice Pokemon. It evolves into Subfreez when leveled up at Icicle Island, which evolves into Eisgloo starting at level 40.
Biology[]
Permafrost resembles an ice cube. It has a blue, square body. It has pink blush on its cheeks, and a dark blue mouth. It has black eyes, with a blue pupil, and it has eyelashes if it is female. The male Permafrost has a small igloo-like body, with stubby arms.

Pokemon Dark This Pokemon constantly melts, but always keeps generating frozen water as its body. It moves around by sliding on the melted ice.
