Goatup is the Hoovestand Pokemon. It evolves into Bamram(non-existent) at level 36.
Appearance[]
Goatup resembles a small, gray goat standing on it's hooves. It has dark grey hooves and ears. It has a dark grey saddle-like object on it's back, with a gold strap. It has a small golden circle on it's ear, and bands of gold above it's hooves. Goatup has black eyes with white pupils, and no mouth.
