Onix is a Rock/Ground-type Pokémon. It evolves into Steelix when traded while holding a Metal Coat.

Biology[]

Onix resembles a snake. Its body is made up of fifthteen rocks, starting off small from its tail, and ending large on its head. It has a large spike on its forehead, and triangular eyes with a black pupil.
